Les Straker fell to 5-6 on the season in a tough start in the Twins loss to the Yankees. He gave up six runs on six hits and three walks with four strikeouts in seven innings of work.
The Twins put together only run in the game. Dan Gladden, Steve Lombardozzi and Greg Gagne each had two hits and Tim Laudner tripled and scored the only run.
