Twins Held to Three Hits In Shutout Loss to Jays

Blue Jays 7, Twins 0  (17-16)

The Twins were held to just three singles in a 7-0 blowout loss at the hands of the Blue Jays.  Roy Smalley picked up two of those hits and no other Twin reach base more then once.

Mark Portugal was shelled and he didn’t even finish the third inning.  He gave up six runs on seven hits and one walk with one strikeout in 2 1/3 innings.
